“I left the retreat refreshed. Loved the Yoga sessions they energized me for the day and relaxed me for the night. The teacher Shannon and Micah were amazing in that I lost myself in the yoga and the fabulous surrounding. The food was plentiful and very yummy. As a first time rock climber I was exhilarated to make it to the top of a tricky climb that I thought was far out of my skill. But the instructor talked me through step by step and I made it to the top. And the group was wonderful.”

The calming effects of this yoga class were heightened due to an earlier visit to the Blue Lagoon, the geothermal spa that lies in a lava field in the south coast fishing town of Grindavík.”
