Mallorca Yoga Retreat

WITH Gina Caputo

What's Unique

Mallorca is a island that seems to have been built by magic. We’ve been planning a trip here for years and we’ve finally found the perfect location, in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011 because of its scenic and cultural values and source of inspiration for artists from around the world. Join us and Gina Caputo on this yoga retreat in Spain and on another breathtaking adventure in one of the most spectacular places on earth.

THE HEART // Spain has a way of igniting the passion in your life. Ben, our founder lived and worked in Spain and this is where the idea for YOGASCAPES was first sparked. Immersed in music, dance, nature, food, futbol, beaches and nature and especially the Spanish way of being, we hope this trip will awaken your deepest longing to live a full and vibrant life with friends, family and passion.

7 Island Days

The wild and brooding Tramuntana Mountains set the back drop for the intoxicating beaches and culture of Mallorca. Our home is in the foothills and just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach, we will be in the perfect location for exploring the idyllic towns and dramatic nature that makes up this little island off the Catalan coast.

Our yoga retreat in Spain boasts a beautiful garden that we will be eating from daily and our private chef will be preparing delicious vegetarian and vegan meals. For those that want to taste the local seafood and meats we’re just a hop skip and a jump from some beautiful towns where we’ll plan a couple outings and where you’re always welcome to explore on your own.

Gina is one of our core Yogascapes teachers and will be offering one to two beautiful classes for all levels on this yoga retreat in Mallorca.Being one of our core teachers, she not only has the sense of humor necessary for our main teachers, she also leads teacher trainings, immersions and workshops at conferences and festivals around the country. Her depth of knowledge and skill will fit right in with the wise mountains we’ll be sleeping under.

This retreat is designed for guests seeking an experienced yoga teacher combined with a culturally rich experience, steeped in the beautiful nature.

Testimonials & Our Story

“I just returned from a Yogascapes trip to Bali. It was everything they said it would be and more! From the extremely organized planning to the week of fun, I was completely thrilled.  Leah was an amazing host/organizer and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The location was AMAZING.  Naya Ubud was the perfect place for the retreat and was a wonderful home away from home. Many different options (private room, shared room, etc.) made it flexible and comfortable for everyone.  Plenty of free time and terrific organized trips as well as great yoga kept it well balanced.
From the top of the volcano for sunrise to the water temples to a variety of yoga routines, we were exposed to so much!  I am looking forward to taking another trip with Yogascapes soon!” – Sharon

“This was my first retreat with Yogascapes and it far exceeded my expectations! The breathtaking location, the wine tasting, the delicious food, everything was just fabulous.”

Gina Caputo

Gina’s passionate and inspirational style of teaching is a balanced fusion of informed, vinyasa flow yoga with attention to holistic alignment, personal evolution and humor. Always with a nod to Hatha Yoga’s austere roots and intelligence, she feels its essential for our yoga practices to feel less like busy work and more like a powerful, embodied celebration. She came to the mat from the office chair so has a keen ability to really speak to the modern-day householder yogi and encourage the dissolution of the self-construed storylines that do nothing but hinder our continued growth. She’s a rousing, empathetic teacher known for her clear and playful style of encouraging you to fearlessly navigate your edge, open your heart to what’s possible and boldly dive in!

Gina is the Founder and Director of the Colorado School of Yoga in Boulder, CO with affiliate locations throughout the state. She has a deep and sincere passion for yoga education and empowering teachers to make their unique offerings far and wide.

Boutique Farmouse

This house is the perfect place for those who want to connect with nature and its quietness. As soon as we came in we could feel the special energy it has and we totally fell in love with it

This old but renovated finca has 11 spacious rooms that are fully equipped in a simple and rustic style, the owners did a great job refurbishing it while maintaining its unique character and soul.

It is surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011 because of its scenic and cultural values and source of inspiration for artists of all nationalities.

Being located only 15 min away from Palma, 20 min away from the airport and well connected to all the main roads in the island makes it perfect for our retreats since our guests can enjoy different plans every day, from shopping and sightseeing in the beautiful centre of Palma, visiting picturesque little towns or going to the beach which is only 15 minutes away.

The house has a garden where every morning we pick up the products we´ll use and a pool with breathtaking views.

The retreat starts at 5 pm on Oct 7th

You are responsible for your own flight and shuttle/taxi from the airport to the Farmhouse.  We highly suggest renting a car so that you can be mobile during the retreat and go on any optional excursions that inspire you but that is not necessary. Palma is about 20-25 minutes from the farmhouse.

Retreat ends: after 8AM breakfast on Oct 13th. We will help arrange taxis back to La Palma Airport based on group departure times.

Taxi Prices: 35 euro each way per taxi.

We can help set you up with a taxi to/from our farmhouse but it is not included. We will pair anyone up that’s coming at the same time to save on costs
Suggested Travel
We suggest either booking a flight straight to Palma or round trip flight to Barcelona or somewhere else in Spain and then taking a cheap connecting flight so you can explore either before or after. We also suggest renting a car for the week so that you can explore before, after and even during our optional days!

Of Every Yogascapes Retreat

Our mission is to connect people to their deepest purpose/truths, wellbeing and inspiration. We combine vibrant yoga and wellness teachers with incredible guides, local culture, nourishing food, inspiring adventure and a crew of fun-loving people from around the world. Along this journey, you’ll have a Yogascapes Guide supporting you every step of the way, from signing up to helping you on a glacier.

While every single retreat we create is unique based on the local culture, incredible teachers, the time of year and the environment, every experience is built on the following pillars.

Each retreat is filled with a mix of yoga, mantra, mudra, meditation and more. To learn more about the specifics of this retreat, check out the schedule or contact us.

When you come on a yogascapes retreat, nothing is mandatory and we build in plenty of time for you to be own your own, to rest more, to explore more, or to be open to whatever shows up.

We love food, period. Delicious, healthy, beautiful, thoughtful food that nourishes the body and inspires the creative soul. Food is where we come together to replenish our bodies and where our community is built.

Traveling is adventure of the senses and we build each trip to open our senses up to the world and be open to the world through our senses.

We believe the experiences that last a lifetime are the ones in which you are learning and integrating what you learn into your life. Our teachers and guides create unique opportunities for deepening and expansion of your practice.

We know that life is overwhelming at times and our nervous systems beg not only for the medicine of adventure, but for deep rest and rejuvenation. A week of quiet nights and deep sleep, time for napping and giving yourself permission to do nothing at all.

Our mission is to connect people to their purpose by exposing them to practices, people and places that bring out their deepest truths and desires. Each one has the intention to bring you into a deeper connection with yourself and your true gifts.

Come with no story to defend and no judgement to be had. Meet people who will change your life and/or share in all the ups and downs. Connect to old friends and family in a new way, on a retreat, or when you go back home. Our own healing is the healing of the planet and so we work work with eco-lodges and companies that have similar ethos and missions.

Giving Back: 2 trees are planted every retreat sign up to help protect our planet and natural resources. At check out, we also offer you the opportunity to give to inspiring local and international projects. Find out more here.
