We are honored to present a powerful retreat with Kundalini Yoga Practitioner and Instructor, Liya Garber (Charan Kamal Kaur), to activate the radiant energy of the Aquarian woman – fierce, creative, clear and independent. Join us for a joyful women’s weekend that invites you into the sacred heart and connect you with your authentic inner truth.
Our weekend will align perfectly with the new moon, giving us an opportunity to celebrate this transition by releasing that which does not serve us to create space for deepening wisdom and alignment. We look to the new moon as a reminder of our capacity to reset and start a new phase with every breath and every thought.
Recognizing the importance of food and nature as medicine, over these three days we will also savor abundant farm to table meals at our home, The Lotus Feed organic farm and retreat center. We will have the chance to shower under the wild canopy of a California Bay tree and walk in the beautiful gardens that surround us. Leaving some of the magic to be found up to your imagination, we invite you to meet us for an unforgettable weekend of woman power and community that will surely nourish and inspire.
“You have to do first things first. If you do not accept your own dignity as a woman, all external trappings shall mean nothing. It has nothing at all to do with any man or with any relationship. Once you accept your own dignity, the whole world will come to you.” –Yogi Bhajan
Liya (Charan Kamal Kaur) creates a heart-filled, fun, joyful way to calm the mind and align with one’s inner truth. She brings a unique and special gift of laughter and humor to every class.
Her yoga journey began in the heart of New York City where she lived a fast-paced life as a business executive. As the stress of this life began to affect her health, Liya turned to yoga and began to heal. The results were undeniable and she has been on a dedicated path of self healing and discovery ever since.
In addition to yoga, Liya studied deep esoteric Kabbalah, including the sacred Tree of Life and dream work, in Los Piramidas Del Ka, a school in Guatemala. She is certified in both Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and is a registered KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) instructor. She took her Level 1 and 2 trainings with Gurmukh and Gurushabd in India. Currently, she assists Jai Dev Singh’s immersion courses in California where she lives.
Liya is gifted with a special energy for creating sacred space in which humans can elevate and reconnect with their hearts and destiny. With sincerity and grace, she creates a special connection with each of her students. Her goal is to reach as many humans as possible in this life time.
Her highest values are authenticity and honesty with herself and others.
She currently holds weekly classes, day-long immersions, and monthly workshops at Yoga Tree Telegraph, YogaWorks Mill Valley, as well as other inspiring, high-vibration venues.
