There’s no better place to be to celebrate the abundance of life than at The Lotus Feed to practice daily yoga, hike the trails, explore the farm and indulge in the best retreat food we’ve ever tasted.
On this journey we will explore the life cycle of food from seed to harvest, from stove to stomach. We will begin with a harvest and the transformation of crops into a beautiful healthy meal. Other highlights include a medicinal herb workshop, local wine tasting and organic vegetarian meals.
We will gather around the table to eat seasonal meals prepared with love, take in the blossoming farm around us and dive into ancient yogic and Ayurvedic teachings with New York Times Best-selling Author Katie Silcox. The weekend offers deep nourishment through recognition of inner and outward abundance during harvest, and ground us in all that we have cultivated throughout the year.
Katie will offer yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic teachings throughout the retreat. A senior Sri-Vidya ParaYoga lineaage under Rod Stryker, her style is a blend of classical vinyasa-based asana and life-changing Tantric/Ayurvedic philosophy.
Canvas Tents and Yurts are full. Available accommodations are Shared Delux Yurt Cabin
In addition to our culinary and yogic adventure, we will enjoy hiking through the surrounding landscape and settle in for pond side meditation and relaxation as we strengthen the connection to each other and the world around us.
Each guest on this retreat will be gifted $250 of Free People merchandise to infuse their adventure with style and beauty. The product will be provided on-site when guests arrive at The Lotus Feed, and will be selected by a Free People stylist.
This retreat is built for guests who are interested in nutritional education and want to learn more about growing, harvesting and celebrating fresh foods. This yoga retreat in Sonoma is for all levels of yoga however guests must be physically to help out on the farm.
Lotus Feed is all about celebrating the bounty of the Earth and all of her gifts through yoga and farm fresh cuisine. This Fall weekend with Katie Silcox on the farm is the perfect opportunity to take a minute to appreciate both the abundance of the season and immerse oneself in seasonal wellness.

Abby’s classes offer precision biomechanics within a variety of contexts, including strength and stamina-building; slow empowered flow, or workshop-style depth. Often described as a “teacher’s teacher,” Abby’s classes both nourish and empower students at every level of practice, from raw beginner to experienced teachers. Abby’s chief mission in teaching is to help students unveil their internal wisdom and power and to educate them into the depth of practice so that it is sustainable over time. She often says to her students, “What I’m interested in is teaching you so well that you no longer need me as a teacher.”
