We’re ecstatic to be returning to EcoCamp for another jaw-dropping adventure at the luxurious, welcoming EcoCamp.

EcoCamp is situated in the very heart of Torres del Paine National Park and provides the region’s first fully sustainable accommodation, complete with green technology. You enjoy guided treks and wildlife excursions by day and share evening meals with new friends, before falling asleep gazing up at the star-filled sky through your dome ceiling. Wake up in the middle of the Patagonian wilderness in a cozy geodesic dome, with a panoramic view of the majestic Torres del Paine, ready to pick up the hiking trail! 

EcoCamp Patagonia is an innovative leader in adventure trekking, with expert guides taking travelers through the wild Patagonian plains past glacial lakes, snow-capped mountains, fierce waterfalls and exquisite wildlife.

After a day’s trek guests head back to EcoCamp to dine and relax in Community Domes and later sleep in their cozy Suite or Standard. All domes are immersed in nature, resistant to the Patagonian elements and have ceiling windows to look up at the starry night sky. 

Experience the very best of Chilean Patagonia on an epic, multi sport adventure, affording you the magnificent natural highlights of Torres del Paine! This revitalizing and energizing quest features action-packed days of hiking, cycling, boating and yoga with ample time for relaxing evenings at EcoCamp, winding down as you enjoy the fantastic food, wine and company of EcoCamp’s community domes.

Here is a full packing list for the retreat and detailed descriptions of the activities included. We can arrange a variety of optional activities and will confirm before the retreat.

*IMPORTANT* Arrivals:
Please arrive to PUQ airport no later than 3pm on the first day of the retreat or meet us at Hotel Rey Don Felipe by 5:30 pm.

Details: The retreat starts at Hotel Rey Don Felipe in Punta Arenas (PUQ) with opening circle at 5:30 pm. Check in begins at 3 pm. You can meet us at the hotel. We will also coordinate shared airport transfers from PUQ airport on the first day and share exact pick up times close to the retreat. Please send us your flight details. *We request that you arrive no later than 3pm (unless another time has specifically been approved).* We will drive EcoCamp on the next morning. You are responsible for additional travel costs if you miss this shuttle, so we encourage you to have a relaxing arrival by playing it safe with flights.

Departures:
Please book departures later than 3:30 pm on the last day of the retreat. We suggest booking the latest flight out to give yourself time to have a relaxed end to your trip.

BACKGROUND

Nicole Lindstrom is the co-author of Wanderlust, A Modern Yogi’s Guide To Discovering Your Best Self, Founder and Editor of the online travel site GLDMNE, and Community and Content Director at Aspen Yoga Society.  5 years with Wanderlust, Nicole has practiced with the world’s top yoga instructors and has worked with leading musicians, artists and experts in health and wellness. Today Nicole lives in Aspen, Colorado, where she teaches yoga through AYS and local studios.

Starting in the realm of partnerships at Wanderlust, Nicole expanded into event production, writing / content editing. In 2014, she created GLDMNE, an online travel guide + inspiration board. Today GLDMNE continues to grow as an online community of travelers, thinkers and artists who share their experiences of worldly explorations.

In 2010, Nicole completed her first 200 hour training in Vinyasa / Hot Yoga. She then went on to New York City where she became well versed in Schuyler Grant’s alignment-based vinyasa, Kula Yoga. In January 2014, YogaWorks hired Nicole to complete their 200 hour training in Bali, where she deepened her understanding of the body and posture alignment.

With experience teaching in her Greenpoint neighborhood, instructing sunrise grounding meditations and hikes at Wanderlust Festival, and teaching friends all over the world, Nicole’s focus is to create an informed foundation for her student’s, so that they may further their own depth of understanding in their personal practice and transform the way they approach their life.

EcoCamp’s head chef is Alexis Meza, a Santiaguino who won second place in the 2013 Gastronomy Award in Puerto Natales. He is in charge of coordinating the kitchen operation and ensuring the high quality of cuisine. At EcoCamp a sophisticated menu has been designed fusing Chilean, Altiplanic, Patagonian and international food. The fusion dishes allow you to taste new flavours and aromas, mixing well-known ingredients like rice and potatoes with typical ingredients from Chile which form staples for the native inhabitants

Payment Information

We offer three payment options based when you sign up! We encourage those that can’t afford the full price option to sign up early for the lowest price. We strive to maintain a balance between offering our programs to the widest range of participants and running a sustainable and thriving company so that we can continue to create and share our experiences with you. Please inquire about payment plans.  We can split up your payments however final payments are due at least 45 days prior to the start date of your retreat.

 


 

By reserving your space through placing your deposit with us, you are agreeing to the stated policies in our Agreement.  Please note:

If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to your departure, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited.

 

YOGASCAPES reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of YOGASCAPES (due to political unrest, dangerous weather, or low sign-ups)  we will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. We require all participants to purchase travel insurance and highly encourage them to purchase “cancel for any reason” to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation.

 

All prices are per/person and include a non-refundable deposit of $250 for domestic trips and $500+ for international trips.  Final payments for deposits are due 60 days prior to departure.
