There’s something about hiking on open trails that can awaken something in us we haven’t felt since we were young. It is similar to the feeling we get when we roll out our yoga mats, breath a little, sweat a little and get quiet. There is sense of freedom and ease we find when we are able to be quiet and move our bodies the way they are meant to move. Spend an epic weekend feeling dirt under your feet and reaching for your toes on your mat. We will reconnect with what is real around us and within in us. We’ll dig deep, hike and move gracefully.
Please note: This retreat is the a backpacking trip and involves hiking 2 miles to the camping location with your camping gear. It is a moderate hike, but please check in with yourself to make sure you are up for the adventure (it’s completely worth it!). Camping gear is not provided but we can connect you with affordable rentals.
