Umbria is the greenest region of Italy, full of woodlands because of sustainable forestry laws in the area.
Farms, like Monestevole, are known for growing crops like olive oil, wine (Umbria is famous for its Sagrantino di Montefalco), sunflowers, legumes, and the region is famous for its truffles.
At the moment, they are training Tribu’, the newly born colt, and visitors can pet pig Matilda and the pet goat Tiramisu’.
