Nestled in a desert seaside oasis, the Mexican town of Todos Santos is brimming with creative culture and stunning natural treasures — a perfect host for our yearly yoga retreat in Mexico. Start each day with a beautiful morning, activating practice and end each day with a restorative, regenerative session.
January is time for the whale migration so you’ll have daily sightings of these beautiful creatures from the retreat center or the beach. We’ll also go snorkeling with Whale Sharks if weather permits, so get ready to go deeply inward while deliciously exploring the world each day.
If you’re looking to revitalize your body and balance your mind, join us in beautiful Baja for a week of adventure via daily yoga, and adventure. Experience the benefits of holistic wellness and indulge in rejuvenating treatments available at Pachamama’s spa.
On this journey we’ll explore Todos Santos’ vibrant culture, with an emphasis on savoring regional cuisine prepared by their chef. Together in community we will nourish our bodies with organic vegetarian meals.
Check-in is after 3pm on January 7th and 11am on the 13th.
Transportation is included from Los Cabos International Airport between 12pm-3pm. If you arrive later or are coming from elsewhere we are happy to help set up transportation, however it will not be included.

Born in Spain, I have had the pleasure to live and travel around the world. Yoga found me many years ago when I was living the hectic London life. The healing properties of the practice, both on and off the mat, lead me to India where I lived for seven months having the chance to study different disciplines with great masters and experience the roots of the practice. After these months of profound realizations, the magic of life guided to Mexico, where I am currently based.
RYT-500, I have also broadened my teachings studying different taoist and tantric techniques such as zhineng qigong level 1, Yin yoga, and Tantra yoga, which have enriched my awareness of the subtle body and allowed me to have a more holistic approach to the practice.
I throw Yin yoga teacher trainings in Mexico, and workshops internationally, I have had the pleasure to work with different clients and events such as opening the Forbes Forum Powerful Woman 2017 in Mexico and appear regularly on TV to share the teachings.
My classes are rooted in Hatha yoga, deeply connected to conscious movement and a strong sensitivity for the subtle body and the energetic field. Providing always a safe space to deepen into the journey of the Self and for alchemy to happen.
