On this down-to-earth journey, we will celebrate both the powerful and the nourishing qualities of the fierce feminine. Coming together as women creates a beautiful setting for letting loose and letting go; seeing each other as the inspiring, badass women we are, infinitely worthy of realizing our highest potential AND self-care.
Lotus Feed Farm is an idyllic settling for this sisterhood gathering. We will be immersed in the beauty of nature’s creative and graceful spirit. We will enjoy the life cycle of food from seed to harvest to table right on the farm. We will gather around to eat seasonal meals prepared with love, take in the blossoming farm around us and dive into ancient yogic and mystic teachings with Kerri Kelly, one of our favorite yoga teachers in the world. Kerri integrates dynamic, empowering flows with rich wisdom creating a truly enriching experience for her students.
This retreat is ideal for guests who are interested in deepening their practice (from beginners to seasoned practitioners) and want to learn more about growing, harvesting and celebrating fresh foods. This yoga retreat in Sonoma is for all levels of yoga however guests should be physically able to help out on the farm.
Airfare and transportation to venue not provided, but we can connect guests to carpool where possible.
Lotus Feed is all about celebrating the bounty of the Earth and all of her gifts through yoga and farm fresh cuisine. This Fall weekend with Kerri Kelly on the farm is the perfect opportunity to take a minute to appreciate both the abundance of the season and immerse oneself in personal practice.
In addition to our culinary and yogic adventure, we will enjoy hiking through the surrounding landscape and settle in for pond side meditation and relaxation as we strengthen the connection to each other and the world around us.
