There’s something about hiking on open trails that can awaken something in us we haven’t felt since we were young. It is similar to the feeling we get when we roll out our yoga mats, breath a little, sweat a little and get quiet. There is sense of freedom and ease we find when we are able to be quiet and move our bodies the way they are meant to move. Spend an epic weekend feeling dirt under your feet and reaching for your toes on your mat. We will reconnect with what is real around us and within in us. We’ll dig deep, hike and move gracefully.
Please note: This retreat is the a backpacking trip and involves hiking 2-3 miles to the camping location with your camping gear. It is a moderate hike, but please check in with yourself to make sure you are up for the adventure (it’s completely worth it!). Camping gear is not provided but we can connect you with affordable rentals.

Our teacher will lead you from your yoga mat to the trails of Point Reyes, encouraging you to live on the edge of your comfort zone. We’ll take adventures both on and off the mat, enjoy fresh local food and create a community bonded together by a desire to dream big and feel alive. This retreat fills quickly, so sign up soon.

After taking her first class nearly 15 years ago, Rebecca has continued investing in the practices of yoga and meditation as student and teacher both. Rebecca seeks to create a sacred space for students to connect within themselves more deeply through breath and posture, with a unique teaching style most influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin yoga, and Vipassana meditation.
Rebecca has been providing customized health coaching and education for the past decade. She has partnered with individuals, communities, startups, and corporations to share her expertise in wellness that is fused with mindfulness practices, health behavior, and habit design. Rebecca believes the most invaluable investment we can make is in our health, and is passionately committed to imparting knowledge and providing a support system for those ready to improve the world from the inside out.

A 45-minute drive north of San Francisco, Point Reyes National Seashore boasts miles of sandy beaches, rocky coast, rolling hillsides and forested trails. We think Point Reyes is the perfect place to escape to for a weekend of adventure. What better way to explore Northern California than walking to the beach and yoga overlooking the serene coast? From its thunderous ocean breakers crashing against rocky headlands and expansive sand beaches to its open grasslands, brushy hillsides, and forested ridges, Point Reyes offers visitors over 1500 species of plants and animals to discover.
Home to several cultures over thousands of years, the Seashore preserves a tapestry of stories and interactions of people. Point Reyes awaits your exploration. We will be camping and enjoying the fresh air. The sites have running potable water, restrooms and no showers. Camping gear is not provided, although we are happy to help coordinate equipment rentals.
We encourage those that can’t afford the full price option to sign up early for the lowest price. We strive to maintain a balance between offering our programs to the widest range of participants and running a sustainable and thriving company so that we can continue to create and share our experiences with you. Please inquire about payment plans if you need help spreading out payments. We can split up your payments however final payments are due at least 45 days prior to the start date of your retreat.
