Juice Recipe: Liver Detox via YOGANONYMOUS

Looking for a cleansing drink to start the morning off right? This super green, fresh juice will be a delicious and super nourishing breakfast choice and work throughout the day for a digestive and immune boost. Enjoy!
Cucumbers, lemons and apples provide the vitamins and minerals for this juice. Parsley and basil add the chlorophyll to detoxify your liver and kidneys and the ginger helps your body better absorb all of these nutrients. Check out this repairing juice recipe:
• 1 cucumber
• 2 lemon
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 1/2 cup basil
• 1 ginger slice
• 1 green apple
Wash all the ingredients carefully.
Dice the cucumber, parsley, basil and apple. Peel the lemons and cut them in half.
Juice them all together.
Cut a slice of ginger, stir, drink and enjoy!
