Nicole Lindstrom is the co-author of Wanderlust, A Modern Yogi’s Guide To Discovering Your Best Self, Founder and Editor of the online travel site GLDMNE, and Community and Content Director at Aspen Yoga Society. 5 years with Wanderlust, Nicole has practiced with the world’s top yoga instructors and has worked with leading musicians, artists and experts in health and wellness. LA-based sound artist HÄANA has been featured in Vogue, and special appearances include opening for The Rolling Stones with Kanye West, performing for Michael Jordan’s wedding, and for President Obama’s Inaugural Ball. Her original music utilizes cutting edge electronic sounds, and she counts Massive Attack, Björk, and Trentemøller as influences in crafting her production. Cody was trained on the beautiful coast of Byron bay completing her Cert IV 500hour teacher training course, incorporating not only the physical aspects of yoga but also the spiritual aspects, guiding you through pranayama and mediation techniques to help calm the mind and look inwards.
Cody has travelled all around the world and has first-hand experience of connections that you make with strangers and especially with yourself, she has chased her wild-fire for as long as she can remember so yoga teaching came as a natural progression for Cody as she knew her Dharma (calling) was to ignite that wild fire within each of us and help to discover what it is that moves us.
