Congratulations! Signing up for a yoga retreat is an incredible way to make time for yourself and to explore many forms of self love. On retreat, we often step our of our normal routines to connect to our true selves, surrender to the offerings of time on our mat and welcome adventure.

Personal Pre-Trip Checklist
Book Your Flights. We always suggest giving yourself extra time before/after the retreat if possible. Want help planning? Feel free to also send us the flights you are considering to make sure you’re choosing the best option, or contact a local travel agent for additional support.
Confirm Travel Insurance. It’s required if you are attending an international retreat. Must include medical coverage. The Gold Plan w/ “Cancel For Any Reason” is our favorite.
Gear Up For Travel. Make sure you have a current passport and let your bank(s) know of your travel plans, if traveling abroad.
Start a Packing List.Look at FAQs and check the retreat page for specific FAQs for your trip.
